Dr. Escobedo graduated from Texas Tech University School of Medicine in 1995. After an internship at John Peter Smith Hospital (Tarrant County Hospital District), Dr. Escobedo moved to Austin to begin his non-invasive skin care practice.

Among the first in Texas to offer Thermage, IPL Photofacial and Silicone Therapy, "Dr. Mike" strives to bring his clients cutting edge treatments. In 2005, Lazrsmooth Studios transitioned into Escobedo Skin Center, which now offers spa treatments in addition to non-invasive cosmetic procedures.

Diana De La Torre
Licensed Esthetician

Originally from Arizona where she attended the Skin and Make-Up Institute of Arizona, Diana is a licensed esthetician and a professional make up artist. A resident of Austin for the past four years, she enjoys attending film events, traveling and playing with her goofy dog, Zeus.

Will Rountree

Originating from the border town of Del Rio, Will has been in Austin the past three years attending UT as a Human Biology major. He loves the relaxed, friendly atmosphere unique to Austin. Will also enjoys the local music scene and, being the outdoorsman he is, places like Barton Springs, McKinney Falls, the Greenbelt, and Zilker Park.

Iris Benson

Born and raised in Austin TX, Iris currently resides in Buda and is the voice you will usually hear when you call the Escobedo Skin Center. She enjoys the live music scene, playing volleyball, going outdoors with friends, and spending time with her 8 sheep and two kittens, Smokey and Snow.
