Botax Survey

A survey conducted by Opinion Research Corp. showed that the majority of Americans oppose the cosmetic tax. The national survey included over 1,000 men and women 18 and older. Fifty-two percent opposed the tax, while 43 percent favored the proposed 5% tax on cosmetic procedures. Sixty-four percent agreed and 37 percent strongly agreed that the tax has no place in health care reform. Read More

Cosmetic procedures have come down from their 2004 peak, especially during the recession, but statistics show that many people still opt for non-surgical procedures in times of need.
